Troubleshooting
Pump vibration
Cause: Different hearts, imbalances of leaf wheels, and bearing damage in the pump shaft and diesel engine (or motor);
★ Solution: Adjust the concentricity, the leaf wheels for balance testing, and replace the bearings.
Pump on the pump slowly
★ Reason: Large space between the front lining plate and the impeller, the water outlet pipe cannot seal the air, and the emptiness is full;
★ Solution: adjust the gap, adjust the water outlet pipe, and install a vacuum device.
Pump does not absorb water
★ Reason: Increased water and diversion, the air in the pump cannot be discharged, the water absorption pipe leaks, the front lining plate and the impeller are large;
★ Original solution: Continue to infuse water, check whether the pipeline is leaking, adjust the gap between the impeller and the front lining plate.
Water out of water
Small pressure and small traffic
★ Reason: There are air, the gap between the air, the impeller and the front lining plate, the clutch is not closed, and the impeller or lining is worn.
★ Solution: Empty gas in the pump, adjust the gap to regulate the clutch rubbing slice, and replace the impeller or lining.
Fast pump grinding
★ Reason: The construction environment (large granules) is poor, the conveying distance is long, and the water inlet pipe is long;
★ Solution: Replace the battlefield, add a force unit, and shorten the length of the water pipe to reduce steam erosion.
The cervical wear of the leaf wheels is fast
★ Reason: Low high pressure water pump, dislocation of the plate, the pump axis and the back cover are different;
★ Solution: Replace the high -pressure pump higher than the mud pump, replace the root root, and adjust the concentricity.

Precautions
Before the mud pump is turned on, please check whether the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are blocked. Whether the front and rear bearings are injected with butter to check whether the root root is full. The mud pump should be equipped with a high -pressure water pump when working, and the water that is greater than the pressure of the mud pump is turned on to the leak -proof filler to protect the fillers. The mud pump shall not be closed when the mud pump works. Otherwise, the sealing part will be worn quickly. Whether the gap between the impeller and the sheet is reasonable, which has a great impact on the life of the mud pump. If the gap is unreasonable, the pump will generate vibration and noise during operation, and the overcurrent components are quickly damaged. Therefore, when changing the impeller, you should pay attention to the gap meet the drawing requirements. The allowable suction process of the mud pump is determined when transporting water. The effect of mud should be considered on the ability of suction when pumping mud.

Maintenance
The construction department shall have special maintenance personnel to maintain and repair construction machinery. Regularly check and maintain the mud pump and other machinery, and the problems occur early, so as not to cause stop work. Pay attention to the size of the sand particles during construction. When the particles are large, they should regularly check the damaged components of the mud pump to repairs or replace them in time. The easily damaged parts of the mud pump are mainly pump shells, bearing, impeller, etc. Adopting advanced abrasion measures to improve the service life of damaged components, reduce the investment in the project, and improve production efficiency. At the same time, it should be always prepared to be vulnerable to replacement in time.

Product management
During construction, the continuous and normal work of mechanical and mud pumps can make the mud pump play the highest work efficiency. Therefore, there must be a reasonable schedule and strict management system.

Operating regulations

  1. Check before starting: the connection parts should be tight; the direction of the electric rotation should be correct; the clutch is flexible and reliable; the pipeline connection is firm, the seal is reliable, and the bottom valve is flexible and effective.
  2. Before the mud pump is pumped, the water absorption pipe, bottom valve, and pump must be filled with water diversion, and the upper end of the pressure gauge buffer must be filled with oil.
  3. Turn the piston twice with your hands. When the sequence is not obstructed and the line insulation is good, it can be carried out. After the start is started, the load is gradually increased to the normal operation.
  4. Pay attention to the sealing of each sealing device during operation, and adjust it if necessary. Tip and auxiliary rod should be lubricated frequently.
  5. During the operation, the sand content of the mud must not exceed 10%.
  6. There are several speed of mud pumps to lubricate the splash and lubricating. The speed of several gear should be operated separately in each shift, and the time should be not less than 30 seconds.
  7. It is strictly forbidden to change the speed in the operation. Pumps should be stopped when the gear is required.
